How this works: stories are grouped automatically by the words in headlines from many outlets. A country counts as covering a story when one of its outlets published it in English, or when a headline from its own outlets (in any language) names the same people and places. Headlines in other scripts and stories only reported as a short update can be missed, so treat a blind spot as a hint, not proof.
